No, you may only be considered for one presentation and abstract submission.

No. You will receive information about submitting your slides after registration closes.
Yes. If you need to update your abstract before the deadline, simply submit a new registration form and email Shaadi.ShoubakiFREEMississippi to notify us that you have submitted an updated abstract.

Yes, if you have made additional progress since last year, you may present on your new findings.
Yes, abstracts are typically part of the poster.
Oral presenters will be assigned a presentation time. However we will not be able to guarantee a specific time slot, so you should plan for a clear schedule during the Symposium. Poster presenters should be available for judging from 9:00am-10:30am.
Poster set-up will be on the second floor of the Thad Cochran Center.
No. You can download University logos for use in your presentation from the Office of University Communications webpage.
