No, you may only be considered for one presentation and abstract submission.

No. Your PowerPoint is due March 10, 2020. You will receive information about submitting your slides after registration closes.
Yes. If you need to update your abstract before the deadline, simply submit a new registration form and email Lindsey.GarrityFREEMississippi to notify us that you have submitted an updated abstract. After the deadline, updated abstracts may be submitted via email through February 28, 2020.
Yes, if you have made additional progress since last year, you may present on your new findings.
Yes, abstracts are typically part of the poster.
Oral presenters will be assigned a presentation time no later that March 17, 2020. However we will not be able to guarantee a specific time slot, so you should plan for a clear schedule during the Symposium. Poster presenters should be available for judging from 9:00am-11:00am.
Poster set-up will take place from 8:00am-9:00am in the Thad Cochran Center on March 24, 2020.
No. You can download University logos for use in your presentation from the Office of University Communications webpage.
