All faculty and staff may access Curriculog with their USM login credentials. Please contact Kathryn%20Lowery for any questions regarding Curriculog or your proposals.

Creating a Proposal

Log-in to Curriculog using your USM log-in credentials
Under the "My Proposals" tab, select +New Proposal
Select the appropriate form type
Follow the instructions listed in form

Please be aware of the implementation timeline when creating a new proposal.

2027-2028 Bulletin

Due dates for college approval for both Undergraduate and Graduate proposals:

September 4, 2026
October 2, 2026
November 6, 2026
December 4, 2026
December 18, 2026

2028-2029 Bulletin

Due dates for college approval for both Undergraduate and Graduate proposals:

February 5, 2027
March 5, 2027
April 2, 2027
May 7, 2027
September 3, 2027
October 1, 2027

Searching for Proposals

Go to the All Proposals tab
Next to Filter by:, select Advanced Filter
Filter by any criteria:
- Proposal Title - enter keywords from the title into Keyword
- School - select the appropriate School under the Found Under drop down
- Proposal Status - select the appropriate status under Proposal Status; approved proposals can be found by selecting "Completed"
Once proposal criteria has been chosen, select Filter Proposals
