Service Description
University departments have access to cloud storage utilizing Microsoft 365 Unified Groups.
Services Offered
Microsoft 365 Unified Groups include 250GB of storage space for collaboration. Upon request, and with sufficient justification, storage space can be increased up to 1 TB, free of charge.
Departments that have storage needs above this amount, can purchase additional storage in 1 TB increments. Storage is billed monthly at $33 per Terabyte (TB).
To purchase additional storage, the following information is required:
- Group Name
- Group Owner
- Budget Authority
- Budget String
- Number of TB's to add
Eligibility
All active university faculty and staff are eligible.
