Central service desk for requesting technology related assistance or information.
We offer troubleshooting and support on our standard hardware and software. Phone support is offered, and we can solve a large number of issues upon first contact. Issues that cannot be solved upon first contact are routed to technicians or other subject matter experts for assistance and repair.
The Help Desk provides accurate information, friendly assistance, high quality information technology and telecommunication resources to enable students, faculty and staff to use technology productively and further the university's core mission of excellence in teaching and learning.
All active university employees, currently enrolled students and affiliates are eligible.

Requests are reported and tracked by entering a Help Desk work order or by contacting the Help Desk at 601.266.HELP (4357).
