How to Set a Forward in Outlook Web Access (OWA) Office 365

  1. Log into the portal at outlook.com/usm.edu.
    Username: w+ID#@usm.edu
    Password: CampusID password

  2. Select the gear in the upper right corner.

  3. Select "Options."

  4. Select "Forwarding."
    Step 4 - Select forwarding
  5. Check "Start Forwarding." Enter your personal email address you would like for your mail to be delivered too. Check the box for keep a copy of forwarded messages in Outlook Web App. Then, select "Save" at the top.
    Step 5 - Enter email address to forward email to
  6. This automatic process will run. If you ever wish to "Stop Forwarding," log back in through the above instructions, check the "Stop Forwarding" box, and save.
    Step 6 - Check stop forward to quit forwarding email
