Installation and support of approved multimedia equipment and licensed software for laptop and desktop, Windows-based clients in the classroom. We can help with hardware and software issues in the classroom.
Install and support computers, projectors, visual presenters, screens, dvd/vcr players and other technology used for teaching and learning in the classroom.
All Southern Miss employees, departments, organizations, students and affiliates are eligible.
Requests are reported and tracked by entering a Help Desk work order or by contacting the Help Desk at 601.266.HELP (4357).
Normal business hours: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
After hours and weekend support must be arranged prior to the event.
