Hattiesburg Students Named College of Health Ambassador at Southern Miss

Two students from Hattiesburg, Miss., were selected to serve as College of Health Ambassadors for the 2010-11 academic year at The University of Southern Mississippi. 

  • Megan Gajewski is a graduate student and the daughter of Michael and Deborah Gajewski. She is a National Residence Hall Honorary and a Graduate Hall Director.
  • Elise Holifield is a senior exercise science major and the daughter of Brad and Cena Holifield. She is a member of Delta Gamma sorority.

Students are selected to represent the College of Health as an Ambassador based on the student's academic achievement and leadership qualities. Ambassadors represent the college at a variety of campus and community events and are dedicated to expanding the College of Health by increasing the college student body and promoting health and excellence through research, teaching, and service.
