LONG BEACH, Miss. – A standing-room-only crowd filled The University of Southern Mississippi Gulf Park campus auditorium as the Southern Miss Gulf Coast Civic Chorale and Long Beach High School Concert Choir sang for the “Tribute to 9/11” performance Sunday, Sept. 11.

Honoring the 10th anniversary of the September 11 attacks, the Southern Miss Gulf Coast Civic Chorale presented the tribute to commemorate the tragic event with music and reflection for those who sacrificed and have been touched forever by the events of that day.

In addition to the musical arrangements sung by the chorale and choir, the event featured Congressman Steven Palazzo, Pamela Stennis Wilkins, a survivor of the Twin Tower attacks, and Pat Sullivan, Harrison County Fire Marshal.
