The University of Southern Mississippi's Student Government Association (SGA) presents Eaglepalooza 2011 tonight on the Coca-Cola stage in downtown Hattiesburg, with the main stage located at the corner of Main and Pine Streets.

Eaglepalooza will feature performances by the Glenn Chandler Project, Ca$h Fountain Productions, Melanie Fiona and SMAASH. “The lineup we've prepared is one that appeals to a wide range of musical tastes, and we're expecting a great turnout for it,” Eaglepalooza director John Barr said.

A pep rally for Saturday's football game between the nationally ranked Golden Eagles against Conference USA rival University of Central Florida will also be held Friday night at the event, in place of the traditional Friday Night at the Fountain event on campus.

The schedule for the event includes:

    *Glenn Chandler Project: 5:30 p.m.

     *Ca$h Fountain Productions: 6:45 p.m.

      *Melanie Fiona: 7:45 p.m.

      *Pep Rally: 9:15 p.m.

      *SMAASH at 10 p.m.
