Open Enrollment for University Employees Oct. 3-7

The University of Southern Mississippi Department of Human Resources reminds all employees to remember that Open Enrollment is scheduled for Oct. 3-7 in McLemore Hall, third floor lobby.
During Open Enrollment, employees may make any changes they wish to their insurance plans. Also, employees must sign up for Medical and Dependent Care Reimbursement each year as these programs do not automatically carry over to the new plan year.
All changes to insurance plans must be made no later than October 31 so that the Department of Human Resources can meet deadlines mandated by the university's insurance carriers. Please note that these insurance carriers have confirmed that under no circumstances will paperwork be processed after October 31. Therefore, it is extremely important to attend Open Enrollment to secure the desired benefit plan for the upcoming year.
