Janet Baldwin, left, director of Hattiesburg's Oseola McCarty Youth Development Center, thanks Maribeth Love, program coordinator for Campus Link AmeriCorps at The University of Southern Mississippi's Center for Community and Civic Engagement (CCCE) and her colleagues for their work with the center's seventh annual Christmas SLEEVE Program Monday evening. The CCCE and the McCarty Center teamed up with the Hattiesburg Foster Grandparent Program to collect and distribute clothing and non-perishable food items for low-income households. Through their efforts more than 100 families, including 240 children, received donations of food and clothing in time for the holiday season. (University Communications photo by David Tisdale)
