This piece was presented by select Repertory Dance Company members during a week-long residency with the Salt Lake City-based company.

Also included on the program are four works created by dance program faculty members.Space in Between, co choreographed by Kelly Ferris Lester and Meredith Early, explores the balance of equality of individuals within the duet form.  Kelly Ferris Lester will present a trio entitled Relative Triptych that manipulates the possibilities of working with three dancers, three musical selections, and dividing the space into three parts.

Nocturna, choreographed by Elizabeth Lentz, shifts the stage space into that of an isolated room, exploring the support and reliance between seven dancers. Meredith Early's large ensemble piece, Creed of Fools, was inspired by the musical selections of Caetano Veloso, Burt Bacharach, and the alternative group M83.

Additionally, four student choreographers will also share their works, selected through a rigorous adjudication process and successfully revealing the quality of work set forth from their studies of dance composition and choreographic research.
