DuBard School Holds Missing Links in Academics Workshop

Approximately 20 educators and other professionals from across the state attended the Missing Links in Academics workshops at the DuBard School for Language Disorders on April 12-13.
The two-day course is designed for second through eighth grade teachers, reading specialists and speech-language pathologists. Participants learn multisensory techniques for improving student performance in reading, writing and comprehension.
The course will be held again November 1-2, and continuing education units are available through The University of Southern Mississippi and ASHA.
