Miss University of Southern Mississippi Scholarship Pageant Oct. 27

Fourteen University of Southern Mississippi students will vie for the Miss University of Southern Mississippi Scholarship Pageant crown Saturday, Oct. 27 at 7 p.m. atthe Hattiesburg Lake Terrace Convention Center.
The event is a preliminary to the Miss Mississippi Pageant, to be held in the summer of 2013. Admission is $5 for students and $7 general.
Contestants in this year's Miss University of Southern Mississippi Scholarship Pageant include:
*Ann Claire Reynolds, a senior psychology major from Petal, Miss. She is the daughter of Eric and Ginny Reynolds.
*Robin Hampton, a senior interior design major from Indianola, Miss. She is the daughter of Robin and Lonni Hampton.
*Monique Denise Brogan, a junior dance education major from New Orleans, La. She is the daughter of Gail Brogan.
*Courtney Smith, a senior kinesiotherapy major from Jackson, Miss. She is the daughter of Benjamin and Shirley Smith.
*Megan Simmons, a senior psychology major from Petal, Miss. She is the daughter of Len and Tammy Simmons.
*Arrielle Dale, a sophomore dance major from Meridian, Miss. She is the daughter of Michael and Jo-Ann Dale.
*Tamecia Myers, a senior social work major from Jackson, Miss. She is the daughter of Matthew Hines and Mary Myers.
*Bridget Page, a sophomore elementary education major from Pearl, Miss. She is the daughter of Bruce and Paula Page.
*Olivia Jenay Sims, a senior child development major from Jackson, Miss. She is the daughter of Oliver and Donna Sims.
*April Mayfield, a freshman nursing major from Vicksburg, Miss. She is the daughter of David and Estella Mayfield.
*Kayla Rogers, a senior kinesiotherapy major from Magee, Miss. She is the daughter of Angie Rogers.
*Julia Montgomery, a freshman psychology major from Biloxi, Miss. She is the daughter of Patrick and Kazuko Montgomery.
*Elizabeth Kiehn, a senior international business major from Meridian, Miss. She is the daughter of Robert and Martha Kiehn.
*Hannah Roberts, a sophomore biochemistry major from Mount Olive, Miss. She is the daughter of James and Danna Roberts.
