Southern Miss Gulf Coast Fall Registration, Orientation Set for August 14

The University of Southern Mississippi Gulf Coast will host fall 2012 orientation for new undergraduate students at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 14, in the Fleming Education Center at the Gulf Park campus in Long Beach. Registration and advisement for new undergraduate and new graduate students will be held from 2-6 p.m.
Advisement and registration for new graduate and returning Southern Miss students will be held Wednesday, August 15, from 2-6 p.m. in the Fleming Education Center. Fall semester classes begin Wednesday, Aug. 22. The last day to register for full-term spring semester classes is Friday, Aug. 31.
Potential students interested in Southern Miss Gulf Coast's Test Drive a Degree program still have time to register for their one free class. To be eligible for the tuition-free scholarship for one class, the Test Drive a Degree program is available to candidates who have not attended college during the past three years, have not completed a bachelor's degree, and are eligible for admission to Southern Miss.
