Students to Perform with Southern Miss Symphony Orchestra Thursday

University of Southern Mississippi School of Music students Craig Watson, Ismael Brandao and Jesus Castro will be featured in the symphony season performance, “Future Stars,” set for 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 29 at Bennett Auditorium.
Students in the Southern Miss School of Music annually compete in the William T. Gower Competition that offers the winners an opportunity to appear as soloists with the Southern Miss Symphony Orchestra. Maestro Jay Dean shares the podium with Ivan del Prado for this popular concert event.
Tickets to the performance may be purchased at the Southern Miss Ticket Office, 601.266.5418, www.southernmisstickets.com or at the door. Students with I.D. are admitted free.
