WLPI Case Study Receives First Place Award from ROI Institute

Representatives from The University of Southern Mississippi Gulf Coast Jack and Patti Phillips Workplace Learning and Performance Institute (WLPI) have been named the first place recipients of the ROI Institute's 2011 award for Best Published Case Study for “A Learning Intervention for Work Engagement,” which was recently published in the book Measuring ROI in Learning and Development: Case Studies from Global Organizations.

Southern Miss Gulf Coast contributors are Dr. John Kmiec, research associate with WLPI, Dr. Cyndi Gaudet, professor and director of WLPI, Dr. Heather Annulis, associate professor and assistant director of WLPI, and Ph.D. candidate Susan Bush. Additional contributors include Dr. Sandra Dugas, professional coach and facilitator with Dynamic Adventures and Dr. Mary Nell McNeese, associate professor with Tift College of Education and Mercer University.
