Expanded Offerings Available Through Southern Miss Catering

Aramark, Eagle Dining is excited to announce the 2015 - 2016 expanded Southern Miss Catering menu.

With an updated catering menu, the focus is to ensure each customer is presented with new and exciting choices to enhance their event. Many new items and buffet options have been added, including: “Wok this Way” Buffet, “Asian Accents” Buffet, a “Baked Potato Bar”, along with a “Build Your Own” buffet option.

In addition, the menu will continue to offer traditional favorites such as “Corn Casserole”, “Southern BBQ” and many more. Included in the price of a buffet or entrée selection, your guests will receive an assortment of rolls, ice water and iced tea. Incorporated into the catering experience, clients will receive a personal consultation with a catering manager, to ensure that that every detail of the event is planned to customer satisfaction.

Traditional catered events include delivery, set up, service, and clean up by an experienced catering team. Pick-up options may be available at unit menu price for those on a tighter budget or preferring a self-service option (Bagel Boxes and coffee from Einstein Brothers Bagels, Sandwich trays from Subway, etc.).

Seasonal specials and features will available and will be promoted throughout the year. No matter what type of event you wish to host, from a quick meeting break to a full plated banquet, Southern Miss Catering is ready to meet your needs.
