It's time to get all dolled up in your dapper threads for a night on the town at the 4th Annual DuBard School Speakeasy on Friday, October 7. The DuBard School for Language Disorders, a United Way agency at The University of Southern Mississippi, is excited to host this 1920's themed event for new and long-time friends alike.

This prohibition-era affair will feature live jivin' jazz performed by faculty and students of the Southern Miss Jazz Bands with a large dance floor for kicking up your heels led by students of the Southern Miss Dance Department, 1920's inspired heavy hors d'oeuvres, an array of ‘giggle water' (classic cocktails) to imbibe in, a photo booth for capturing your dolled up look and an entertaining night you won't soon forget.

Tickets will need to be purchased in advance so guests can learn the various requirements needed for entry – such as the secret password and specific directions to get to the hidden juice joint. Guests are encouraged to invite friends who haven't yet attended the event through a refer-a-friend program, entering both parties into a drawing for a $100 gift card to Cotton Blues.

The event will be held at the Cochran Center at The University of Southern Mississippi on Friday, October 7, 2016 from 7:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Cocktail attire requested, 1920's dress recommended, dancing shoes highly encouraged. All are invited to attend. Tickets are all-inclusive for only $35 each through Friday, September 23, and then increase to $45 each.
