Online Publication Ranks USM MBA Program Among Nation's Top 50

The University of Southern Mississippi (USM)'s Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in the College of Business and Economic Development has been ranked as one of the top 50 online programs in the United States, according to bestcollegereviews.org.

The USM program ranked No. 41 on the list. Bestcollegereviews.org referenced the program's robust offerings and the availability of a sport security management emphasis in the USM ranking.

Sirius XM Radio Show Spotlights Human Capital Development Alumna's Research

Dr. Catherine Cole, a graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi's (USM) doctoral program in Human Capital Development, and her USM faculty mentor Dr. Heather Annulis, were featured guests on the June 25 episode of the Sirius XM radio show “Road Dog Trucking,” a daily afternoon show covering subjects relevant to the trucking community, including politics, economics, and social issues.

The University of Southern Mississippi, through a cooperative effort with the Duke University Talent Identification Program, is hosting a three-week Summer Program for Academically Talented Youth that runs through July 27. The program is designed for exceptional students who are currently enrolled in grades 7, 8, 9 and 10.
