The purpose of this page is to provide insight into the more subtle and harder to detect forms of plagiarism.

The ORI understands students and faculty have an awareness of what plagiarism is and the basic forms of plagiarism. Unfortunately, many more advanced forms of plagiarism are subtle, hard to detect, and require further explanation.
