The School of Speech and Hearing Sciences at Southern Miss consists of audiology, education of the deaf and speech-language pathology.

The school offers: bachelor’s degrees in (a) Education of the Deaf and (b) Speech Pathology and Audiology; master’s degrees in (a) Education of the Deaf and (b) Speech-Language Pathology; the Au.D. in Audiology.
The bachelor of arts education program in education of the deaf and the master of science education program in education of the deaf at The University of Southern Mississippi are accredited by the Council on Education of the Deaf.
