Seymour Sweets Staff Council Fundraiser
SILENT AUCTION: The Staff Council Silent Auction is open each December and raises money for staff scholarships and professional development opportunities.

MEET AND MINGLE: Every third Wednesday, in the CFD, our Scholarship and Professional Development Committee hosts a monthly Staff Council Meet and Mingle. During this time Staff Council hosts professional development workshops for all staff and provide an opportunity for staff across campus to meet and mingle with members of the Staff Council while enjoying their lunch.
- August 21: Meet and mingle with Staff Council and Learn about the partnership between Cadence
bank and USM. Packets of all staff benefits will be provided. Please contact Staff
Council if you could not make it and would like a benefits packet.

JINGLE AND MINGLE: Every December our University Relations and Cultural Diversity Committee hosts a campus-wide holiday celebration in the Library. This event is a time where we present our various award winners, announce our hard work thus far, and promote the holiday spirit while we all wrap up the fall semester.
23-24 Additional Staff Council Sponsored Events
- March 1 from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Cocktails and Conversations at SOPRO with Staff Council. Come join us for free appetizers and learn network with your soon to be favorite staff members on campus!
- March 1- March 5: Double Good Popcorn fundraiser. Contact a Staff Council member to place your order.
- April 4 - (Members Only): Meeting at Stennis with private tour, lunch, and time at the NASA gift shop. Don't forget to complete the RSVP form in your email for gate access to enter the site.
