How To Use The Customer Web Portal for Work Orders

- Select the gold button, NEED HELP, or Enter a Work Order link from the iTech website at www.usm.edu/itech.
- This will take you into the Cherwell Portal for the Online Work Order System. Select the Service Catalog button to view the services offered.
- View the list of services that best describes what you need assistance.
- Select the most appropriate subcategory to fit your needs or SUBMIT INCIDENT.
- You will be prompted to log into the Cherwell Portal to complete the Submit Incident form. Enter your CampusID credentials and select Log In.
- Once you complete the Submit Incident form, select Submit.
- View Your Open Work Orders
To view your open work orders, log into the Cherwell Portal and either select the My Items link or the My Open Work Orders button. - To view more details about any work order, simply select the work order from the My Items dashboard.
