At USM Esports, our mission is to built a program where students can compete at a high level, develop real-word skills, and be part of a strong and supportive community. We want to create opportunities that go beyond gaming and help prepare students for success after graduation.

What is Collegiate Esports?
Collegiate esports gives students the chance to compete while earning their degree.
It combines the excitement of organized gaming with opportunities to grow in teamwork,
leadership, media, and career development. At USM Esports, we also push students to
grow outside of the game by maintaining a minimum 2.5 GPA, presenting in class, and
building communication and professional skills that help prepare them for life after
graduation.
