University Holidays & Gulf Park Event Schedules
The designated University Holidays align with the calendar published by Human Resources. During these periods, no events, functions, or activities are permitted, with the exception of religious services. Support staff will be unavailable from 5:00 pm on the last business day before the holiday, and if the holiday precedes a weekend, support staff will not be available until the first business day following the holiday.
Please note that University Wide and Gulf Park events take precedence over all other events, and unrelated activities may be restricted or denied during these times. Additionally, University Recruiting events have the highest priority on campus, and no other events will be approved during a recruiting event.
