Southern Miss Gulf Park is now using Mazevo (mah-zay-voe) as our reservation system.
Beginning Fall 2022, registered Student Organizations and select departments will
begin submitting all event requests directly into Mazevo using the links provided
below using their SOAR Credentials.
Directions on how to reserve meeting and event space through Mazevo can be found here.
External customers that do not have USM credentials may request space using the External
Request form below.
Individuals, groups or organizations that are external to The University of Southern
Mississippi should submit this online Event & Information Request form.
University of Southern Mississippi employees should use this Internal Event Request form to submit space reservation requests.
All University of Southern Mississippi student organizations should use this Student Org Request Form to submit reservation requests.
Use your SOAR credentials to access the system (w##### + Password). Training information
is provided through their website here.
Gulf Park Event Services has a list of items available for rent for internal departments
and student orgs for meetings held off campus or not planned through our department.
These items can be requested through the Rental Reservation Request Form.
