Website Address for this Policy
Due to the large number of people living in close proximity to each other and for health reasons, pets are strictly forbidden in the apartments or surrounding areas. Pets are defined as any animal except harmless aquatic life (fish). Dogs, cats, hamsters, mice, snakes, birds or other such animals are not permitted on the premises.
Visitors must be informed to leave their animals and pets elsewhere. Residents or visitors who violate this policy will be fined $100, must bear the cost to steam-clean the apartment, and will be subject to judicial action and possible eviction. The pet must be immediately removed from the premises, or notice will be given to vacate.
The Director of Student Housing Administration is responsible for the review of this policy every four years (or whenever circumstances require immediate review).
