Sertoma Club Makes Donation to Department of Speech and Hearing Sciences

The Sertoma Club of Hattiesburg recently presented a check for $2,000 to The University of Southern Mississippi's Department of Speech and Hearing Sciences. The donation will provide funding for three Sertoma Scholarship recipients in the department.

Sertoma Club president David Bounds presented the check to Dr. Steven Cloud, chair of the Department of Speech and Hearing Sciences. The Sertoma Club of Hattiesburg's mission is to improve the quality of life today for those at risk or impacted by hearing loss through education and support.
