Welcome to Career Services’ new appointment platform Bookings. This will allow us to offer our services to you virtually and more efficiently. Follow the step by step tutorial below. Use Google Chrome for optimal experience.
1. Click the schedule an appointment button. This will open up the bookings page. You can begin by choosing a service. Not Sure what something is? Select the i icon beside the service name. This will pull up a description for you.
2.Choose your preferred date and time. Please not bookings cannot be made same day. They must be at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Fill out your contact information.
If you would like to receive text messages about your appointment, check the box and then hit Book.
4. You will then be notified that your booking has been confirmed.
5. You will receive an email confirmation (and/or text) about your upcoming appointment with your meeting link. Keep this email handy. You will need it.
6. On the day of your appointment. Go back to your confirmation email and choose Join Teams(or Skype) meeting.
7. This will open the Teams App for web. If prompted allow access to both your microphone and video camera.
8. Enter your Name.
9. Your appointment will begin now once a Career Services staff initiates the meeting.
