Forms for On-Campus Space Requests
Space requests for SPRING 2023 are now closed. Requests for summer are handled on
a case-by-case basis. Email LSI@usm.edu for requests. Forms for FALL 2023 will open in July.
To request space in the Union Complex, click here.
The link above takes you to a scheduling software the Union uses. You will need to
log on with your USM email and campus password for access to the system. Requests must be submitted at least one week (7 days) in advance.
What are Union Complex spaces?
If you wish to request space for any of the following, you will use the link above:
RC Cook Union, Thad Cochran Center, Danforth Chapel, Hub, Trent Lott National Center, Centennial
Lawn, Weathersby Lawn, Spirit Park, Southern Station, Union Plaza, NPHC Plaza, tabling
in the Union Lobby or TCC Atrium (outside of the Fresh Food Company), Shoemaker Square,
Library Plaza or Armstrong-Branch Plaza and for chalking requests on Weathersby Lawn.
Form should be submitted by Monday at 4pm for requests to occur the following Sunday-Saturday.
What other spaces are available for organizations to request?
Use the form above to request academic space, any requests in the Payne Center or
through Campus Recreation, Bennett Auditorium, Mannoni Performing Arts Center, Athletic
venues, The District, Ogletree House, Greek chapter houses and for tabling requests
in the Luckyday Breezeway.
If the space you wish to inquire about is not listed above or you have any other student
organization event questions, please email us at LSIFREEMississippi.
Please note, space on campus will only be approved after organizations are completely
registered for the year including completing both steps of the OIF as well as attending
a Student Organization Orientation. Requests before these have occurred will be on
hold or denied.
