Visitors to The University of Southern Mississippi campuses are always welcome. The Department of Parking and Transit Services wants you to have a safe and enjoyable visit to our campuses. Please observe the following regulations:
A visitor is any person, other than a student, faculty, staff member, or contract employee, who parks a vehicle on a campus on infrequent occasions. Visitors must obtain visitor permits, complete a visitor card, and park in legal parking spaces. Visitors who park frequently on the campus must purchase parking permits and are subject to all regulations herein.
All visitors must show a valid driver's license to obtain a visitor pass.

Display your visitor pass on the dashboard of your vehicle with the logo facing up and permit number visible. This pass authorizes you to park on the date(s) indicated in spaces outlined on the pass.
Meter parking is provided to visitors at several locations around the Hattiesburg campus. Visitor passes are not valid in metered parking unless meter fee is paid. Visitors should refrain from parking in Fire Lanes, Handicap Parking spaces (unless valid placard is present), No Parking areas, Reserved Parking spaces, and Service areas.
