* ALL CLASSES ARE FREE. No advance registration needed.
** Weather Permitting - Wednesday 6:30am Sunrise Yoga and Thursday 9am Yoga will be
held outdoor on Pride Field. In the event of rain, the classes will move indoors to
their designated studio space.
Spin Policies
- Please bring a towel AND a water bottle to every class.
- Please be ON TIME. Participants will not be admitted into a class once the class has
begun and the door is closed.
- These classes are based on first come, first serve.
- Communicate with the instructor if you need to leave early or have questions about
the bike itself.
- Please be sure to clean your bike before AND after class begins and ends.
- Spinning cleats are only permitted inside of the spinning studio.
