Beginning April 30, 2018 Payne Center guest passes will be reinstated. Please review the following guest pass policiy prior to purchasing a guest pass or sponsoring a guest. Failure to comply with the guest pass policy will result in the guest and sponsor suspension, loss of guest pass privileges or other disciplinary action.
A guest pass can be purchased by a non-member to obtain access into the facility by being sponsored by an active Payne Center member.
A guest will be required to have a sponsor if they are not affiliated with the university.
Guest passes are not transferrable and valid for one visit on day of purchase.
Must present a valid ID.
If a patron is wrongfully using another patrons ID, they are not able to purchase a guest pass.
The guest will receive the pink copy of the pass and is required to carry the slip at all times while utilizing RecSports services.
The guest will receive a “guest profile” and will be tied to the sponsor’s profile.
The guest is only able to purchase up to 3 guest passes per semester.
Guests will not be able to check out any equipment.
Solicitation for guest pass sponsorship is not permitted and will result in suspension and loss of guest pass privileges.
A sponsor is a current member of the Payne Center, and must present a valid ID.
The sponsor must stay with the guest at all times and will be held responsible for guest actions including any damage or loss to facilities or equipment.
The guest will be added to the sponsor’s profile as a “guest member”.
The sponsor must check out equipment at Equipment Issue for the guest.
The guest and sponsor must stay together during the entire visit. The sponsor is responsible for all guest actions including any damage or loss to facilities or equipment.
The guest ID will be held at the Sales Desk while the guest is in the Payne Center.
Both the guest and sponsor will receive a wrist band at the time of guest pass purchase.
Prior to exiting, the guest and sponsor will return to the Sales Desk to remove the wrist bands, and reclaim the guest ID.
Failure to comply will result in the guest and sponsor suspension, loss of guest pass privileges, or any other disciplinary actions.
