Membership to the Payne Center is included in tuition costs for all current Southern Miss students. To view membership prices for non-students, click the link below.
Regular Membership- Semester or Annual
In order to purchase a regular membership, you will need to complete the membership form below. Forms can be filled out at the Payne Center or printed out and returned to the Payne Center Sales Desk. Once the forms are completed, you will need to pay your membership fee at the Payne Center Sales Window. You may also sign up for locker service, if you are interested.
Payroll Deduction Forms (faculty and staff only)
In order to purchase a membership using payroll deduction, you will need to complete the membership and payroll deduction forms below. Forms can be filled out at the Payne Center or printed out and returned to the Payne Center Sales Desk.
If you would like to add locker service, you will need to pay a $10 set up fee at the Payne Center Sales Desk in order to receive your locker number and lock combination.
If you are stopping locker service, you will need to stop by the Payne Center Sales Desk to fill out the appropriate paperwork to receive your deposit.
Stop Payroll Deduction
In order to stop payroll deduction, please fill out the Stop Payroll Deduction Form that can be found at the Payne Center Sales Desk.
