Online Course and Program Approval

All course, program, minor, and certificate modifications and new submissions have been processed for the academic bulletin 2020-2021. 

Any course, program, minor, and certificate modifications and new submissions for the 2021-2022 academic bulletin will be available in Curriculog beginning August 2020. 

How to submit a modification for online delivery: 

Go to Curriculog and login with your SOAR credentials 

Choose “New Proposal” 

Select the appropriate form: 

• Grad: Course Change Form
• Grad: Program Change Form
• Grad: Certificate Modification Form
• Grad: Minor Change Form
• UG: Course Change Form
• UG: Program Narrative Change Form
• UG: Certificate Modification Form
• UG: Minor Change Form

Attach correspondence with Office of Online Learning to proposal 

• Office of Online Program Approval Memo
• Office of Online Course Approval Memo 

Complete and submit
