Online Course and Program Approval

All course, program, minor, and certificate modifications and new submissions have
been processed for the academic bulletin 2020-2021.
Any course, program, minor, and certificate modifications and new submissions for
the 2021-2022 academic bulletin will be available in Curriculog beginning August 2020.
How to submit a modification for online delivery:
Go to Curriculog and login with your SOAR credentials
Choose “New Proposal”
Select the appropriate form:
- Grad: Course Change Form
- Grad: Program Change Form
- Grad: Certificate Modification Form
- Grad: Minor Change Form
- UG: Course Change Form
- UG: Program Narrative Change Form
- UG: Certificate Modification Form
- UG: Minor Change Form
Attach correspondence with Office of Online Learning to proposal
Complete and submit
