The 2027 Fay B. Kaigler call for workshop proposals is open!
Sessions generally last 45-60 minutes. The proposals are selected via blind review, and each individual is limited to two (2) submissions. Proposals are due by November 2, 2026.

Authors of accepted proposals will receive notification via email on or before December 14, 2026. Individual presenters receive one (1) complimentary registration and group presenters will receive two (2) complimentary registrations per breakout session, regardless of the number of presenters at that session. Complimentary registrations do include luncheons.
Presenters are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and presentation materials.
Call for proposals opens: July 30, 2026
Proposal due date: November 2, 2026
Acceptance notification date: December 14, 2026
