Minor in Women & Gender Studies
The minor in Women’s and Gender Studies (WGS) offers undergraduates the opportunity to earn a credential that works well with any major. Students take a series of courses related to gender, sex, and/or sexuality from at least two different disciplines, allowing them to focus on areas that particularly interest them.
Whether students plan to pursue a career in law, the arts, public policy, health and medicine, education, social and behavioral science, or virtually any other field, the minor in WGS enhances their critical thinking skills, expands their understanding of societal structures and dynamics, and contributes to their readiness for their next steps post-graduation.
We are pleased to announce the winners of our outstanding student awards.
