Academy Applications and Forms

**NOTE**  This is the hiring process which must be done PRIOR to attending the academy.  This is NOT the academy application process.  Click HERE for academy application process.

Cadets must be hired through ACADIS PRIOR to academy enrollment and be listed on the ACADIS department roster.

If your cadet does not currently have ACADIS account, click New User Portal Account Request to request an account.

After receiving an ACADIS account the cadet must complete the LE - Law Enforcement Certification Application - Part I and II in ACADIS.  After "submitting" the application, they will need to then route it to your department agency head to complete Part III.  For detailed instructions on this process, click HERE.

The SRPSI Training Academy application must be downloaded, filled out by hand, and returned with original signatures in person or by mail to SRPSI at the address designated below.
