jm Major Jacqueline L. Moreno
Director

 

MAJ Moreno began her law enforcement career in 2001.   She has served as a Bike Officer, Motor Officer, Traffic LT, QRF Team Leader, Personal Security Detail Commander, & Military Police Provost Marshal. MAJ Moreno has also served 30 years in the MS Army National Guard as a Military Police Officer and is a Veteran of the Global War on Terror Service Campaign, Global War on Terror Expeditionary Campaign, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan).

bh Lieutenant Brandon L. Holifield
Staff Instructor   

 

LT Holifield began his law enforcement career in 2015.  He has served as Patrol  Officer, Patrol Sergeant, Special Response Team Leader, FTO, Department Training Officer, and Emergency Operations Coordinator. LT Holifield also served 4 years in the US Army as a Radio Operator and is a Veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom, Afghanistan.

nl Lieutenant Nicholas A. Latham
Staff Instructor

 

LT Latham began his law enforcement career as a corrections supervisor in 2017, transitioning to a certified road deputy in 2019. He has served as Patrol Deputy, Patrol Sergeant, UAS Pilot, High Risk Event Planner, K9 Handler, and SWAT Team Member. LT Latham also served 6 years in the MS Army National Guard as a Combat Medic and is a Veteran of Operation Inherent Resolve, Iraq.

r Ms. Rhonda L. Smith
Senior Administrative Assistant   

 

Ms. Smith has served as the Senior Administrative Assistant of SRPSI since February of 2017.  Prior to that, her experience included serving as a member of the Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection cell with the Camp Shelby Joint Forces Training Center Department of Public Safety.  Ms. Smith is also a 21 year retired veteran of the MS Army National Guard, where she served as a Motor Transport Operator and is a Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Department of Veteran's Affairs, School Certifying Official
