Financial stress is a common source of stress, anxiety, and fear for college students. Learning financial wellness now - track expenses, make a budget, sticking to it - can help you make better financial decisions while in college and as you prepare to start your career.

Financial wellness is the process of learning how to successfully manage your financial expenses.
