After registering for Orientation, prior to the first day of classes, an academic advisor will contact you to confirm your class schedule and talk through any questions you have about your semester enrollment or degree plan. Most advisors will contact you at your Southern Miss email address, so be sure that you have activated this account and check it regularly.
Use our Financial Info for New Students webpage to get a clear picture of what you may owe for the upcoming semester after your financial aid and scholarships have been applied.
Business Services will begin generating invoices in July. Please note that student invoices are available exclusively in SOAR; paper bills will not be mailed.
